How does it differ from ChatGPT or other AI chats?

Unlike ChatGPT, all your data stays private within your account. Pochat has access to your organization’s website and documents for richer context, maintains memory across sessions for less hallucination, and can perform admin tasks like sending emails or filling out documents. It also includes automated compliance features tailored for your needs.

What is a "location" and how am I billed?

A "location" refers to a distinct legal entity or office that you want monitored (for example a campus, branch or separate institution). Plans are priced per location & website domain, each location/website is billed separately unless you purchase a custom Enterprise arrangement that covers multiple locations/domains.

Why don't you offer refunds after signup?

Paid plans begin processing scans, AI training, and other provisioning immediately upon signup. Because these resources are consumed right away (and some features, like training pages and reserved message capacity, are provisioned), we do not offer refunds after signup for paid plans. The 7 day Free Trial lets you evaluate the service before committing.

How do message quotas and resets work?

Message quotas (the number of AI messages/requests) for Starter and Advanced reset monthly. The Free Trial provides a fixed 25-message allowance for the trial period. Usage beyond your plan's limits can be handled by upgrading or contacting sales for an Enterprise arrangement.

What support is included with each plan?

Support levels are tiered: Starter includes email support; Advanced includes priority support; Enterprise customers receive priority/SLAs and dedicated onboarding with options for regulator-facing integrations and a direct sales contact.
